Clinic visits on the doctor's Google Calendar

A doctor connects their own Google account. Clinic visits show up there. If they want, time they mark busy in Google stops new bookings. Names stay off unless they turn them on.

  • Each doctor connects Google from their own profile — a manager cannot do it for them
  • Visits land in a SmartClinic calendar in that Google account, usually within about 15 minutes
  • Patient names and phone numbers stay off until the doctor turns them on
  • Personal busy time can close booking on the branches they pick — off until they ask
  • Move or cancel a visit and Google follows. Editing Google does not change the clinic visit

Set real prices in each currency, bill the patient in that currency, and keep each cash drawer and finance report clear. Your normal single-currency clinic stays the same.
