Packages & Pricing

Every service, package and session now has its own page

Click a service, a package or a session wherever you see it: in the lists, the bookings table, invoices, reports or the home screen. A full page opens with tabs: setup, prices, who uses it, what it earns, and who changed what.

Watch this update

You want to know how a service is doing. Today you open the bookings, then a report, then the invoices, and you still put the picture together yourself. A package is the same. How many patients bought it? How much is used? Is it really cheaper than paying per visit?

Now every service, package and session has its own page. One click, and it is all there.

Click the name, open the page

Names are now links. Click a service or a package in:

  • the services list and the packages list
  • the bookings table and the booking card
  • an invoice
  • the reports
  • the packages widget on the home screen
  • the patient file

A session works the same way. And the quick preview of a booking now has Open full page.

At the top of every page: Edit, Copy link, Open list, and Archive. An archived service or package keeps its history and its numbers.

The service page

Tabs:

  • Overview: the setup, duration, branches, visit mode, and how many sessions were completed or cancelled
  • Pricing & doctors: the base price, the online price, the commission for each doctor, and the insurer price lists
  • Packages: every package that includes this service, and how many times
  • Sessions: every session this service was used in
  • Analytics: sessions by doctor, branch and status, new and returning patients, revenue and discounts, commissions, how long visits really take, ratings, and why people cancel
  • Opening times
  • Activity: who changed the service, and what was before and after

Pick the Date range and the Branch at the top. The numbers follow your choice.

The package page

Tabs:

  • Overview: the kind, how long it stays valid, the no-show rule, and how many subscribers are active
  • Contents: the services and products inside, and a clear line: how much patients save compared with buying each service on its own
  • Subscriptions: everyone who bought it, and the ones expiring soon
  • Analytics: how many were sold, invoiced against collected, what is used and what is left, and which subscriptions expire in the next weeks
  • Activity: the name and price after each change

The session page

Everything about one visit, on one page:

  • Overview: the patient, the appointment, the services, the package and what is left after this visit, the team, and the rating
  • Clinical: diagnosis, notes, prescriptions, medical orders, voice notes, forms, and lab results
  • Billing: the invoice for this session
  • Files: the files attached to the visit
  • Timeline: booked, confirmed, in the waiting room, started, ended, invoiced, paid
  • Activity

Who sees what

Each tab follows the staff member's permissions. Someone who cannot see money, clinical data or activity will not see those tabs. So not everyone sees every tab.

Not yet

Smart search still opens the quick preview, not the full session page. Package groups do not have their own page yet. There is no price history, no comparison with the previous period, and no export or print from these pages for now.
