The booking shows up on the ad that paid for it

Paste Facebook, Google, TikTok, or Snapchat once. When someone books or pays a deposit, that platform hears about it. The same booking is counted once.

The ad spends money. The clinic gets a booking. Those two never met, so you could not see which ad produced the visit.

This drop connects them. Paste each platform once, in Sessions Requests → Settings → Ad tracking. A finished public booking can then tell Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. A clinic that leaves tracking off sees no change.

Booking links from a link for each doctor still work the same way. The site loads the pixel for you.

Where you paste the codes

Open Sessions Requests. Open Settings. Open Ad tracking. Turn tracking on.

Paste what you already use:

  • Meta, for Facebook and Instagram
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads, and a tag container if you use one
  • TikTok
  • Snapchat
  • Microsoft Clarity, if you want to see how people move on the public pages

Save. You can send a test for Meta or TikTok before you spend.

If the same Analytics ID already sits inside your tag container, leave Analytics empty here. Otherwise the visit can be counted twice.

What counts

A visitor finishes a booking on the public form, a doctor link, or a branch link. That booking reaches the platforms you turned on.

A paid deposit on that booking does too.

A contact form and a newsletter signup tell them from the visitor's browser.

A paid order in the clinic store is sent from the server when you saved the server token for Meta or TikTok.

Opening a product, adding it to the cart, and starting checkout can be sent as well.

A booking the front desk creates stays in the clinic. A booking from the public marketplace stays there too.

A pay link is not in this drop. Marking a visit complete is not sent.

Counted once

The page sends the booking. If you saved the server token, the server sends the same booking. They share one id, so the platform counts it once. That still works when the browser blocks the page tag.

The page does not send the patient's name, phone, doctor, or service. If you saved the server token, a scrambled copy of the phone or email can go with the server copy, and only after the visitor accepts cookies.

A booking link can keep the clinic's codes. Or turn that off and paste codes for that link only. A campaign for one doctor can point at a different pixel.

Tags wait until the visitor accepts. Turn tracking on, and the booking page shows that choice, even when the clinic has no full website.

You can turn the choice off. That decision is yours.

Patient pages, invoices, and payment pages never load the tags. The clinic owner can add extra code. It follows the same rule.

The website builder can add extra IDs under Site → Tracking. The same ID loads once.
