CRM

Leads from any website, link, or ad. Straight into your CRM.

Make a lead form in a few clicks. Share its link or QR code, or paste it on your website. Every request lands on the board you picked, and a repeat request from the same phone joins the open lead instead of making a duplicate.

A patient fills the contact form on your website. The request lands in an email inbox. Someone copies it into the CRM the next day, or never. Meanwhile the patient booked somewhere else.

Now the request goes straight to your CRM board, in seconds.

Make a lead form

In the CRM, open settings, then the Lead capture tab. Under Lead forms, press New lead form, give it a name, and press Create and open builder.

The form opens in the form builder with four fields already in place: name, phone, email, and message. Add or remove fields like any other form.

Pick where the leads go

In the form, open the CRM & sharing tab. Under CRM connection, pick:

  • the board (pipeline) and the stage new leads start in
  • the source and the tags, so you know where each lead came from
  • which form field is the name, the phone, and the email
  • a Success message the visitor sees, or a Redirect URL to send them to your own thank-you page

Answers you did not link to a field still reach the lead, as a note.

Share it anywhere

Under Share & embed you get:

  • A public link on your clinic's own domain. Put it in your Instagram bio, a WhatsApp reply, or an ad
  • A QR code to download and print at reception
  • An embed code to paste on any website, such as WordPress or Wix. Add that website to Websites allowed to embed this form first

Pick the Form language: Arabic or English.

When the visitor came from an ad link, the lead note shows the campaign and the page they filled the form on.

No duplicate leads

If the phone number already has an open lead, the new request does not make a second card. It joins the open lead as a note, so the whole story stays on one card.

See every request

The Submissions tab lists every request with its delivery status: Delivered, pending, or failed. A failed one has a Retry button. Open lead takes you to the card.

Back in Lead forms, each form shows its CRM status, how many requests came in, and when the last one arrived. Copy public link is one click away.

For your developer: API keys

If your website or booking system already has its own form, your developer can send leads to the CRM directly. Under API keys, press Create API key and pick the target board. How to use the API shows a ready example.

The key is shown once, and it belongs on your server, not in the web page. Rotate makes a new key and stops the old one. Revoke stops it for good. Recent deliveries shows each lead that came in: Created lead or Added to existing lead.

Good to know

  • Lead forms don't take file, image, or signature fields.
  • There is no special alert for a new web lead yet. Use auto-assign and playbooks on the board to tell the right person.
  • The contact block in the website builder does not send to the CRM yet. Facebook lead ads don't either. Both are coming next.
