WhatsApp still lands on a board

Overview
Run sales, marketing, or task work in the same CRM: each board has its own fields, stage meaning, and views. WhatsApp still lands inquiries on a board. Playbooks follow the fields you added. Funnel and SLA read won and lost as properties of the stage — so Arabic names still report correctly.
One CRM, three kinds of board
Illustrative — you pick the fields per board
Real-world use cases
Inbound leads with the fields sales actually uses
Require phone, add a custom budget, hide monetary value. That layout stays on this board — campaigns and tasks do not inherit it.
Campaigns with no contact at all
Track channel, spend, and dates on a marketing board. There is no name or phone unless you add them. Call the card a campaign, not a lead.
Onboarding as a task board
Title, assignee, due date, checklist. Call the card a task. Stages mean not-started, active, and done — reports follow that meaning, not the English word Won.
WhatsApp inquiry to the right board
Chat captures name and interest and creates a card on your board — no copy-paste, and no second WhatsApp pipeline appearing beside the one you already use.
What you get
Fields per board
Show, hide, rename, or require built-in and custom fields per board. Add a field once and it appears on create, card, list, filters, group-by, and automations — only where you attach it. Title and stage stay on every card.
Stage meaning as data
Won, lost, open, on hold, and not-started are properties of the stage. Rename freely, including in Arabic. Funnel, forecast, throughput, and SLA follow the property. Convert-to-patient targets the stage you mark.
Saved views
Name a combination of filters, sort, group-by, columns, and board / list / calendar. Keep it private, or share it as the board default. Clearing the browser does not wipe it.
Sales, marketing, and task recipes
Start from a recipe with the right stages, field layout, default views, and starter automations. Clone it, change what a card is called, and reuse it.
Catalogs you own
Priorities, sources, tags, activity kinds, and lost reasons are clinic lists with Arabic and English labels. A WhatsApp reply counts as activity, so chat work is not treated as inactivity.
Playbooks on your fields
Follow-up calls, delayed steps, and ordered actions. Conditions can use custom fields, with AND / OR groups. Templates can fill those fields, not only name and phone.
Kanban, list, calendar, and activity
Drag on the board, sort in a list, or see due dates on a calendar. Every call, note, and stage change is logged on the card.
Board assistant that sees this board's fields
In-board AI chat knows this board’s fields, required rules, and catalogs — so it proposes cards that actually fit.
Access by board and by card
Guest through Owner on spaces and boards. Guests see only cards assigned to them. Activity follows who can see the card. Changing fields, stages, and members stays with admins.
How it works
- 1
Pick a starting point
Choose sales, marketing, or tasks — or clone a recipe you already like. Existing boards keep working until you change them.
- 2
Set fields and stage meaning
Decide what a card carries on this board, which fields are required, and which stages are won, lost, or open.
- 3
Capture, automate, and report
Cards arrive from WhatsApp, entry, or import. Playbooks follow your fields. Funnel and SLA follow stage meaning, not English names.
