Ask before the visit. Let the reviews speak after it.

Pre-visit intake asks your questions right after an online booking and shows the doctor the answers, red flags first. Patient reviews come from completed visits, and your clinic approves each one before it goes public.

A patient books a video visit at night. The doctor opens the call the next day and starts from zero: "So, what brings you in?" Five minutes go to questions the patient could have answered at home.

After the visit, the patient was happy. But the next patient, looking at your website, never knows.

This release closes both gaps. The step-by-step guide is on What’s new. The product page is Forms.

Before the visit: ask once, at the right time

The best time to ask is right after the patient books. They just picked a time, and they are still on your website.

So that is where Pre-visit intake asks. Build the questions in the form builder. Then, in Pre-visit intake, press Bind a form and pick when it applies: telemedicine or in person, a specialty, and if you like, one doctor or one service. The most specific binding wins.

The booking is saved first. Then the patient sees your questions, before any payment. Busy right now? Skip for now, and Answer now waits for them on the booking status page.

When an answer is a warning sign

Some answers should not end in a payment screen.

In Red flags, write a rule: which question, which answer, how serious, and what to do. Four drafts get you started: chest pain, stroke signs, thoughts of self-harm, and bleeding during pregnancy. Review each draft and make it yours.

A Block booking rule replaces payment with your emergency guidance. The booking stays saved. A Warn only rule lets the booking go on.

Each rule shows Unsigned until a manager presses Sign off. Then your clinic knows who approved it, and when. Edit the rule, and it needs a fresh sign-off.

The doctor opens the visit ready

In the doctor room, the visit details show the intake card. Red flags come first. Then a note if the booking was stopped before payment. Then the answers, in the doctor's language, with photos as small previews.

The doctor starts the visit from what the patient already said.

After the visit: reviews you can stand behind

A review means more when it comes from a real visit. So reviews come from the patient portal, from completed visits only, one per visit.

The patient picks the stars and can write a few words. Their full name never shows. They pick a name, or only their initials show.

Then the review waits. In Patient Reviews, your team reads it and presses Publish or Reject. You can reply in public with Clinic reply. Nothing shows on your website before you approve it.

Where patients see the stars

On the doctor directory, every card shows the stars and the count. Highest rated does not let one 5-star review beat a doctor with many good reviews.

On the doctor's page, the reviews wall shows the average, the breakdown, each review marked Verified visit, and your replies. Once a doctor has 3 published reviews, the page also tells search engines the star rating. Google decides whether to show stars in results.

One step to remember: apply Staff profile — with reviews to your doctor page. The default page has no reviews wall.

Start this week

Build one short intake form. Bind it to your telemedicine bookings. Add the chest-pain draft, read it, and sign it off.

Then switch your doctor page to the template with reviews, and publish the first reviews waiting in Pending.
