Run a video consultation from a link the patient already has. Book it from the website, WhatsApp, or reception into the same inbox as other visits. The clinic’s plan includes video minutes each month. You see included minutes and purchased minutes as two numbers, buy a pack when you run low, and a call that already started is never cut. Recording uses the same minutes. AI notes after the call still use AI credits.

Packs show a price per minute. Pay, wait for confirmation, then the purchased balance moves. A busy AI month cannot empty this wallet.
