Overview
Patients open your portal on your website. On the patient file, show a QR. They scan, tap Continue, and see this clinic — no text message and no typing. The same link goes on WhatsApp, in a copy, or on a printed card. Each link works once. They can set a password that opens only this clinic. Leave sign-in on Phone + SMS code and today's sign-in stays. You can still send a prescription, invoice, or form link that opens with no account.

Real-world use cases
Open the portal at the desk
Press Show QR on the patient file. They scan with the phone camera and tap Continue. The code on screen lasts 15 minutes.
Send access when they are not in the clinic
Send on WhatsApp or copy the link — 3 days. Print a card — 7 days. Each one works once, when they tap Continue.
Give the family the same phone
If that number is already on other files here, you see the names first. Tick the family box only when you mean those files too.
Share a prescription after the visit
Staff copy the prescription link from the file. The patient opens it on their phone, with no account and no PDF.
Collect a form before they arrive
WhatsApp sends the form link. They fill it in, and the answers land on the file.
Answer invoice questions once
Send the invoice link. They see the lines, the tax, and what is left, with your logo.

Give portal access sits on the patient file. Show QR lasts 15 minutes. WhatsApp and copy last 3 days. A printed card lasts 7 days.
One use, then it stops
A WhatsApp preview does not use the link. Tapping Continue does. Ask reception for a new one after that.
This clinic only
A link from your desk opens this clinic. The phone stays signed in for 30 days, and those 30 days start again each time they open the portal.
A password for this clinic
After the first entry they can set one. Next time: phone number plus that password. It does not open any other clinic.
Revoke from the file
Unused links stop, phones at this clinic sign out, and the clinic password is cleared. Other clinics stay as they are.
SMS codes stay available
Patient portal sign-in defaults to Phone + SMS code. Clinic QR & links only is the switch for clinics that do not send text codes.
Document links, no account
Prescriptions, invoices, forms, diet, and visit confirmation still open from a link on your site.
How it works

Pick how they sign in
Patient Profile Settings → Patient portal sign-in. Phone + SMS code, or Clinic QR & links only.

Show the code or send it
On the file: Show QR, Send on WhatsApp, Copy link, or Print card.

They tap Continue
The phone camera opens your portal. They see this clinic, and the address bar drops the code.

A password, if they want
They can set one for next time. A new phone or a forgotten password means a new link from reception.
