Overview
Build structured diet plans from a clinic library of foods, meals, days, and whole week plans — drag them onto a full-page canvas, type on the fly, or ask AI. Inserting copies the content, so editing the library never rewrites a plan a patient is already following. Hide calories or protein once and every surface agrees. A calculator turns weight and activity into a calorie target on the plan. Track weight visit by visit, and share the finished plan on WhatsApp.
Every plan, fully structured
Illustrative example — not live clinic data
1,800 kcal weight-loss · 7 days
Day 3 — training day
Lunch · 450 kcal · 12:30
Grilled chicken · 150 g · 35 g protein
Library to patient plan
- 1Search foods, meals, days, and whole plans in the clinic library
- 2Click or drag onto the full-page builder
- 3Calculate the target, hide the numbers, or review an AI proposal
- 4Track weight, send the finished plan on WhatsApp
Real-world use cases
Assemble from the library
Search tagged foods, meals, days, and whole-week plans, then click or drag them onto the plan. Filter by calories, protein, cuisine, and this patient's conditions.
Fill the library once
Add by hand, import Excel, extract a PDF or photo into reviewable blocks, or save a meal already in a plan. New clinics start from shared Gulf, Levantine, and Egyptian dishes they can copy and adapt.
Draft with AI, apply with control
The Diet Assistant prefers the clinic's own approved blocks, cites what it used, and proposes a structured create or update — you apply only after reviewing calories and macros.
Clone a whole template when you need one
Weight-loss, diabetic, or sports templates still clone in one click. The library is the smaller unit of reuse — between copying everything and starting from zero.
Show progress every visit
Record weight and body measurements during the session; charts and the nutrition dashboard visualize loss trends against the patient's target.
Hand the plan to the patient
Send the finalized diet as a WhatsApp message with an optional PDF — no separate meal-planning app required. Hide calories, protein, or the whole summary once; print, the attachment, and the patient link all honour it.
Set the numbers, then build
Open the calculator on the builder or the nutrition tab. It stores activity level, writes the calorie target on the plan, and shows remaining budget before you insert a meal.
What you get
Diet component library
Foods, meal blocks, day blocks, and whole-plan blocks with tags, bilingual names, and macro totals. Insert is a snapshot: editing the library never rewrites a live patient plan.
Full-page builder
Plan → days → meals → items on a canvas next to the palette. Autosave, click or drag, portion scale, undo, and type-on-the-fly still work.
Findable classification
Tags for goal, condition, cuisine, meal type, allergen, and diet style, plus calorie and protein filters — and a matching strip when the plan belongs to a patient.
Four ways in
Hand entry on a library page, Excel import, PDF / Word / photo extraction into a proposal you accept, and save-from-plan.
Starter catalogue
Shared foods, meals, days, and week plans so a new clinic is not empty on day one. Editing a shared row copies it to the clinic first.
Template library
Category-organized whole-plan templates with stats; clone to patient while keeping parent lineage.
Nutrition profile
BMI, BMR, activity level, maintenance calories, and protein / carbs / fat targets stored on the patient record — written back from the calculator.
Diet calculator
Weight, height, age, and activity in. BMI, maintenance, a lose / keep / gain target, and protein / carbs / fat out. Apply writes the calorie target on the plan.
Weight tracking
Per-visit weight, height, and body-composition fields linked to sessions and active diets.
Clinic dashboard
Aggregate weight-loss results across patients for any date range and threshold.
What the patient sees
Four print designs. Hide calories, protein, or any other field once — print, PDF, WhatsApp, and the public link all show the same thing. Exchange lists print as alternatives when you turn them on.
AI Diet Assistant
Library-aware, propose-only agent with macro analysis — staff apply changes through the familiar builder.
How it works
- 1
Fill or pick from the library
Curate foods, meals, days, and whole-week plans — or start from shared starter content — then open the full-page builder.
- 2
Set the target, then assemble
Open the calculator so the plan has a calorie target. Search the palette, click or drag a food, a day, or a whole week, type anything missing, or let AI draft a proposal you review.
- 3
Track and share
Log weight each visit, watch charts update, hide the numbers the patient should not see, and send the finished plan on WhatsApp.
